Just as we carefully craft each costume for your magical moments, we’ve designed a return process that’s as smooth as a fairy godmother’s wand wave. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

- 👗 Costumes with original tags attached
- 🎭 Unworn, unwashed items in original packaging
- 📦 Items with all original accessories included
- 🧾 Products purchased within the last 15 days
❌ What Cannot Be Returned
- 🎨 Opened makeup products from our “Makeup Basics” collection (for hygiene reasons)
- 👻 Used or damaged costumes that show signs of wear
- 🎪 Customized or altered items
- 📦 Items without original packaging or tags
Magical Note: Due to the nature of costume transformations, we cannot accept returns on opened makeup items to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our magical customers.
🔄 The Return & Exchange Process

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you:

- All original items in their packaging
- Original tags and labels
- Any accessories that came with your costume
- Copy of your original order confirmation
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt
