All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (like Halloween and costume parties), please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping – $12.95

Your magical package will be delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipping.

Free Shipping

For orders over $50, enjoy free shipping via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping.

Magical Note: We ship worldwide except to Asia and select remote areas. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen magical circumstances.

❌ What Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened makeup products from our “Makeup Basics” collection (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used or damaged costumes that show signs of wear
  • Customized or altered items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
Important Magical Note: Due to the nature of costume transformations and to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our magical customers, we cannot accept returns on opened makeup items from our “Makeup Basics” collection.
